I offer a holistic approach to solving your infant / toddler sleep struggles by getting to know you and your little one and designing a bespoke plan around your lifestyle, parenting style and little one's personality. I coach you to make small tweaks at a pace you are comfortable with to achieve your sleep goals.

I show up for you daily. You don't need to make any decisions on your own, I am here for you every step of the way to tackle any struggles or change direction if needed. Let me stand behind you cheering you on and supporting you through this life changing process.

What will us working together look like ?
Where I find out more about your current sleep struggles and goals. I will go into detail about the 123 Sleep Approach to make sure you are comfortable and believe we would work well together.
Initial Fact-Finding Call
I will analyse your little one's daily routine to design a bespoke plan that improves your little ones sleep while keeping your regular routine in tact as much as possible.
Routine Logs
I will make small tweaks to your current routine to optimise sleep. This will include empowering you with the knowledge to tweak your routine to accommodate social plans and holidays etc. It will also include an understanding of age-appropriate sleep needs so you can continue to tweak things as your little one gets older.
Sleep Optimisation
Gentle and supportive sleep training methodology is generally needed to achieve your sleep goals. I will provide you with a personalised written plan in-line with your parenting ethos and goals. The 1 to 1 support you would receive would include an online session where we go over the plan in detail, daily whatsapp or email check-ins to sense check anything, find out how you are doing and make sure you stick to the plan when it gets hard. 2 additional online sessions or video calls are included in the support package. This is to make sure you feel supported at all times which will allow for you to be confident in your approach. I will be here for you every step of the way.
Bespoke 123 Sleep Plan

I am here for you to answer any questions you may have and give you the level of support you require. I generally will check in with you daily and can have longer conversations as needed. I will be cheering you on from the sidelines, giving you the knowledge you need to make the right decisions for your family. I will support you through the tough nights and celebrate each smalll win with you. I will let you guide me as to what level of support you are comfortable with.
